
When I first sat down with Beth Fitzgerald at Blush Imagery to discuss her desires for MaineWeddingGuide.com, I knew I was getting myself into a very complex coding project. The site was spec'd to have internally generated content, aggregated feeds of user generated content, on-site user generated content, a subscription-access model with onsite payment, high SEO goals, and internal and Google AdSense advertising. The checklist of needs was long and the timeline was fairly short. In just eight weeks, we were able to move from initial site concepts, through to design and production, and an on-time launch in November 2010.
