Right around Thanksgiving, we were informed that our work on the Winslow Homer product line for Portland Museum of Art would be featured in Rockport Publishing's newest publication, Best Practices for Graphic Designers: Packaging.
As longtime fans of Rockport's design publications, we were quite honored. Past Rockport publications, like Design Army's Letterhead & Logo Design 11 and Sean Adams' Masters of Design Logos & Identity, have a home on our bookshelves, and we find ourselves coming back to them time and again for reference and inspiration. Their newest book, Best Practices for Graphic Designers: Packaging, is compiled and written by Chicago design firm Grip, and arrived in our mailboxes, coincidently, on Christmas Eve.
We couldn't think of a better way to end the year than having our work featured in such a prestigious and widely read publication, and to see our work side by side with some of the best out there.
